"It took me a while to find Casey and his team. I initially based my decision from reading other Yelp reviews and first time meeting with him I felt at ease so I was sure that we will get his services as property manager for our house. I didn’t interview other property managers after that too. My husband also met with him and he was impressed. Casey is very professional and he knows his business, he can anticipate what papers we needed and made everything “hassle free”. My husband and I are first time landlords so we technically don’t know what to do or where to start. Casey got us everything we need and answers all our questions.
